Yes, those holes are threaded. I attached a rack there.

The disc caliper made mounting the rack down by the wheel a li'l bit tricky, but that issue would be present with almost all frames if you're running discs. I think they now even sell bike seats with spacer bits to deal with the disc issue.

Thanks. That's what I was hoping for. I have the baby, the seat and the disc specific rack but no bike to put it on. Guess I will order the frame.
