Agree with IBMkid. There was no choice for "ride bikes year round in all weather and conditions." :)

For the sake of the poll, XC ski counts as any form of skiing that is fully man powered, and Alpine any form where you take a lift. Forgot to say that in initial post:madman:

yup, but I just assumed they meant some for of winter snow sliding that involved a lift, so I used the alpine skiing option

The other part of the question is, how many people who ride xc and use lift service for skiing complain about downhill bikers. We all know real men ski up.:thumbsup:

i sometimes hike my bike or skis (depending on season) up to the top. and it humors me to complain about xcers of all genres.
