I'm about to do my first bushing lube on the Burner. I've got the grease gun kit from Turner with the clear Motorex. I also have left over green Motorex. Is there a difference besides color, is the clear "new and improved", and if so is it that much better that I should just toss the green stuff?

The clear stuff is a bit more mucous-y. It seems to have better adhesion and probably reists washout better. It also seems a bit more slippery and could work it's way into the bushings better and then stay put. Use the old stuff for other applications, I guess.

Just curious, how would the clear Motorex compare to the clear Prep-M?

Prep-M is made by Motorex, so it may be tough to use Prep-M without Motorex getting involved.
