I'm interested in adding a front disc brake to my bike and need some recommendations of components to do so. Attached are pics of front left fork (#1 & 2) and front right fork (#3) and specs are in profile.

IS? Postmount? CPS?
Avid BB7 Mechanic Disc Brake?

Your fork does not have PM or IS tabs, so you will not be able to fit a disc brake caliper to it. The hub in your wheel does not have rotor mounts, so would also be unsuitable.

Upgrade to accommodate disc brakes

So I guess this means I would need to upgrade my suspension forks, rims, spokes and hubs.

That is what would be required to enable you to have a front disc brake on that bike, yes. Although the rim itself is not an issue, it would most likely be cheaper to buy a complete, disc compatible wheel than to buy a new hub and spokes and do a rebuild with that rim.
