9 or 10?

Hi. For my next build: should I look to the future and get a 3x10 or stay with the past and go online and get 3x9 xtr's on sale? Seems like a good deal, too, to get those on sale but am I looking at components that will be obsolete/hard to replace soon? What would you do?

you will be able to get 9 speed parts for a while.
Plus it's easier to work on a 9 speed chain, the 10 speed stuff is not as wide.
