9.9 team issue

I bought a new '06 9.9 team issue last week from my lbs for a really good price-2200 out the door w/ full xtr, sid world cup in 21.5." I don't need a 22 lb race bike though but figured i could pull components off and xfer to another frame and sell the orig, unregistered frame. List on the frame is ~2400 alone so I put it on the classifieds a week or so ago at 1300 as i felt this was fair. no bites yet so was going to list on ebay. before i do what's the collective thought-is this a reasonable price? Thanks
