Can anyone tell me what the proceedure is for converting the above (888vf 170-200mm).

Wasn't sure it could be done till I seen this?

I had a short conversation with one of the go-ride guys about this. He said you had to buy new cartridges, I think he said around 500 bones. This makes sense to me because I converted my old Zokies single crowns from 4'' to 5" with just a longer spring- the stantions were already the correct length.
