I have a 2005 888 RC I want to get rebuilt. Having issues getting the lower bolts tight after I replaced the lowers. Figure send it out get it looked over by a professional maybe a little custom tune. Where should I sent it?

Well you can solve your issue by using an impact gun to tighten the lower nuts. Right now the cartridges are just spinning on the inside because nothing keeps them from doing so. Also, I'm not sure you can 'custom tune' that fork because it's cartridges are sealed.

My best advice is to call Avalanche and ask them if it is possible to install their new damper. It is completely serviceable, tunable and upgradable. It may require making one of your legs a 'dummy' leg (meaning it just may contain oil only, no spring or anything) but it's going to outperform anything you can ride today. $300 installed and worth every penny.
