so I was gettin ready to go out lastweekend and I was chcecking my rebound and comp on my 888 and about 1/2 stroke you can hear a slight clicking, its alsmot like 2 little click, only there tho.....I never notcied it before, I have stiffer spings in it and the comp sleve....what do you guys think? it does not have many rides on it at all maybe 15 I got it end of last season

1st. try turning the bottom gold foot nuts clockwise, Usually the hole cartridge inside will turn with the bolt if you don't strap the fork down. This should seat the spring differently with the cart. Did this on a rebuilt 888R. Or try moving the c-clip to the middle position to add more preload to the spring. Sometimes only the one spring makes noise from not enough preload.

thanx man ill try that, any what I can hold it all from spinning? and the clip is already on the lowest setting on both springs

If the bolt tightens down instead of spinning stop or you may break off the threaded cartridge posts.

ok well I tried to tighten it, but it just keeps spinning, and it feel like the comp leg and thats the one that just keeps spining, any suggestions?
