There was a thread about the largest rear rotor that could fit, it was a 6" on the small/mediums, and 7" large. I warped a 6" (but I think it was from transporting it in the truck on it's side) so I went with the 7", and guess what???? No friggen difference, but it looks cool.

I saw the above quote in another thread, and I wanted to bring this up again because I couldn't find the thread Scott is referring to, and I'm about to purchase new 7" rotors to upgrade my 6"ers. I've got a small XCL, and it looks like to me the 7" should fit, but barely. Can anyone with a small XCL with 7" rotors confirm this?

I know they fit on a medium..

7" will fit on a small. Although expect to scratch up the inside of the chainstays a bit if your not really careful putting wheel on and off.
