661 shoe sizing?

I'm going to roder some 661 Launch shoes, primarily as they're cheaper online than anywhere I've seen, and wondered how their sizing ran. Can I get the same size as the Shimano shoes (hardbody racing shoes, not skate-style) I've been in for the past three years? ie, is a 46 a 46? Thanks. S
