I like mine very well. I have a XXL, which fits me kind of big. I should have tried them on first. The one thing that I would change on the 2003 models, is better rib protection.

Hi there,

I have a Large and it fits me just fine. After consulting with 661, they informed me that sizing is similar to what you would wear as an undershirt. Should be snug, but not too loose. Anyway, I am pleased with the protection the pressure suit offers, along with the fit. Its also not as hot as some of the other suits that I've tried - the mesh material lets in a lot of air. My only gripe with it is the front chest pad - it doesn't sit entirely straight on my chest - more like a bit lopsided. Also, the build quality leaves something to be desired. You can definetly see and feel the difference between 661 and something like Dainese armor (which I have also tested in the past)...

Other good armor i can recommend is the Rockgardn Flakjacket, and (if you are prepared to shell out the cash), the Dainese Safety Jacket - a great investment!

i am 6'3'' 175 and a lanky skinny focker. If you are built like this you may want to look at the rockgardn. The 661 didnt seem to fit me right.

BTW, 66* stuff is crap. ROCKGARDN is by far the best gear.

I'm 5'9" and 165 lbs, and I have (actually, I had) a medium. The protection was good overall, but it kept riding up on my back, and the chest protection was minimal. Also, I am fairly long-armed, and it was hard to get the arm pads to stay in the right place.

6' 140 pounds and it fits me pretty well. I have scratched pretty much every plastic piece on the thing falling down mountains. I even landed on a rock the size of a basket ball in the middle of my back, then got up and rode away. I love the thing. One thing i would do is go buy some under armor. It lets you wear the pads lose and protects you from the inside of the suit tearing big pieces of skin off.

i like mine. i wore it at northstar. i don't think it's as hot as it looks though, although it is hot. i wish the plastic was a little stronger though. i have a bunch of dents in mine after just 2 days of riding at northstar. doesn't really effect it though, I don't think. adds a cool factor though so i can say check out this huge dent i made while i was going huge. etc etc...

love mine, it has saved my ass alot....I'm 6' and 190, and wear a large, which fits great...I do worry about those flimsy looking velcro straps though....bound to break I would bet. But hey, I am a 661 super fan and have loved everything I've tried. The 4x4 knee/shin guards are awesome for me, because I can run them underneath my Donjoy knee brace...

Someone bought a USED pressure suit?!? No offence to anyone else who has, but that's just fvckin foul!! I'm one hygenic mofo, and there's been plenty of afternoons when I'm offended by my own pressure suit!!

alright I was sold on the rockgardn but I just went and tried on a bunch of suits and the 661 seems pretty nice and light. but I'm curious about the stiching

how is all the stiching holding up for everyone. the one I tried on in the store already had ripping threads.
