Since there are more and more 6.6 owners every day is there any chance of getting a 6.6 album post set up as a sticky like the 5.5 album? It would be great to have a compilation of 6.6's to view pics and specs. What do ya think?

The VAN is a great fork. Not missing travel adjustment.
I have stock spring which puts me at bottom of the spring range.
I have pre load all off and bottom leg adjustment almost all way out. I imagine as spring breaks in I will tweak more but for moment is great. Love the coil/ coil.
I never liked this fork on any bikes I demo'ed until the fox guys set me up on one at inter bike. They always felt harsh but I'm very happy with mine.

... and I thought you were just protecting the paint on your wall! :D Looks really nice (the bike, oh and the paint! :) ) am I right in saying you used to have a 5.5? How do they compare as an all rounder?

Thanks Just J. I don't have much time on the 6point6 to give you a comparison. Here's my very brief coments on the 6point6 http://forums.mtbr.com/showthread.php?t=168085. I'm still waiting for the snow to melt, although today did show some snow melting promise.

I'm re-building up the 5point5 with LX level componets and finally got the Nixon back from Manitou again (three times is a charm, I hope! ). The brakes come in this week and will complete the bike. So I'll post a comparison in the upcoming months, if I have the time :D

It's going to be a very good year.

What reducer are you using to allow the use of the Chris King Headset? E13?
