Funny you would say that. I noticed EVERY single 7point at supergo had a knick on the downtube from the shock.

Nicks and scratches around the shock area on the 05 7POINTs is generally caused in assembly/disassembly of the shock into the frame. This has been addressed in the build procedure at the factory level.
