I'm ordering a new custom 5-spot...should I go with an XL or XXL? I'm 6'3.5" 215lbs roughly a 36" inseam

I'd say you're an XL, not XXL. There's lots of threads on this if you search. I did lots looking myself being 6'1" 35" inseam I was torn between L and XL. I ended up on an L and it was definitely the right call for me...absolutely for sure. That would put you on an XL. I don't think you even have the inseam to clear a XXL !!

I have the same size frame (both body and bike) as your looking at getting. I'm 6'4" and 220lbs and am expecting the courier with my new XL 5Spot frame to turn up in the next day or two. I can't wait to get my hands covered in grease building it up this week. :thumbsup:

I test rode a large Spot frame, and it was clear it was a little too small for me, but not uncomfortable so, which was what helped me make up my mind and go for the Xlarge. Going to the XL would have been a step to far I feel.

Well I got my XL five spot and it is perfect! This bike is incredible
