4th of July Springs Ride

Tomorrow is 4th of July, and you all should have the day off.
It is time we got back out to Palmer Park.

10am at the bathrooms by the stables if you would like to join K-Man and me for an extended PP session.

Bummer. I'm going hiking with Amers tomorrow morning before heading off to do the 4th of July thing.

It's funny, since I've lived in the new place, I'd run through the park a number of times, but have yet to ride there. Weak sauce.

Not gonna be that hot tomorrow. But I can start at 8.

I am probably riding early today. But I am thinking PP or maybe Ute since we are going to PP tomorrow. When can you get going today?

And who is providing the beer?

Heat?

I love this comment "let's ride at 8:00 to avoid the mid-day heat". Spoken like a true native.

I find myself not walking at lunch cause it's too [email protected] hot. I just can't take those high 80's and low 90's anymore. You guys enjoy, I hitting the trails at 6:30.

Actually, spoken like a true Southern Californian. I used to ride in 100+ days in San Diego during the summer. This 90+ low humidity stuff is more difficult IMO. Probably more a function of altitude tho. All that missing O2.

And, I would normally be up for 7am ride but everyone but Joe is a whiny, snively biatch about it.

Nooooo, I want to get my beauty rest. I can't possibly go riding an hour after the sun comes up. I have to do my nails. . . . . . .

whatever...

Oh, Rick is MIA for two weeks until his wrist heals. He should sack up and get it casted in riding position so he can play too...

I know, I know, getting old is hell, you go to sleep at 8p so your up at 4a, and the cast thing sounds like a good idea, then I can club you over the head with it after the ride.

You guys have a great ride, I'm not a happy camper right now but by next weekend I should be good, I hope!

Kchri, a 0700 meeting time would have worked for me. Personally, I like early rides.

Why all the concern about my headset lately? I'm confused

My wrist silly, did 2 hours on the trainer yesterday, will hopefully get out on the sante stinky next week but it needs to heal so I can shred later.
