Will the new 4POt still use the same 180/203 adapters I might have been using with my M785?

I would think so, the base of the brake mount seems to be the exact same dimensions and geometry, so the adapter should fit.

As far as I know Shimano didn't release any new adapter, so it's probably safe to assume you can keep using the same adapter.
