As it says, looking for some 4" plates for the el salt, i have 5" plates at the moment, anyone in the UK looking to swap or sell, how much are they on their own anyway and finally how much spring weight will it remove going from 5" to 4"???

I would call or email Ventana directly ([email protected]) and ask them.
Their accessory page (http://www.ventanausa.com/main_accessories.html) does not list 4 " rockers, just 3,4,5 .
