29" Fox 34 stepcast - clearance for plus tires?

Wondering if anyone has a 34 stepcast (29") and also uses it for 27.5+ tires? Having a hard time finding what size plus tires it will clear, and it looks like the clearance has decrease a little more even with the 2022 model just announced. TIA!

I've got the 120mm 34 StepCast on my Oiz and there's more than 3" between the stanchions. It's labelled for both 29 and 27.5+ so that means at least 2.8" I think, you could probably go 3", but not sure about going over that.
