Steve's got a killer one. It was review recently in dirt rag. A pretty penny though, not sure if it's what you are looking for.

Yep, and that bike is even functional a ways away from the beach.

beach cruisers usually have ridiculously long chainstays anyway why not just huck a 29er fork on there and slap a 29er rear tire on a cheapy cruiser?

Not that a Coconino Cycles frame wouldn't be the cats pajamas. I'm just sayin'........
no stock 29er beach cruisers out there that i know off. the coker 36er is the only bigwheel cruiser to my knowledge.

otherwise it's all just retrotec, coconino, rock lobster and patrick custom frames.

Not sure about "beach" cruisers per se but there were a ton of 29" cruisers at NAHBS.

The green Hunter with the White Bros fork was a noteable one from the show.

It's a joke. All bikes I've been on with Mary bars feel like beach cruisers to me. I'm sure a lot of the other "different" bars would too.
Note to self: sarcasm lost on internet. Do not ignore this note to self for the fourth time:D .

Should be able fit some cross tires into that frame/fork.
Hey now, I thought the Mountie was the notable one! :p

the surly pugsley is 26" but after the 3.7 endo tires it measures 29"
from what people have said the pugsley makes a great beach / sand/ snow cruiser
It's not off the shelf but 29 inch wheels will fit in a Kona humuhumu-nukunuku-apua'a, buy the kona steel 2-9 fork and lace the coaster brake hub to a 29" rim and for probably under $500 you've got your 29 inch beach cruiser. Pictures have been posted of these before but I don't know where? The one I'm thinking of was set up as a fixed gear.
