I haven't dealt with 104 BCD chainrings for a while but I believe a 30 T is as small as you can go due to the spider arms. Even then
the ring has to have threads on it to mount properly. Check out the Race Face NW ring for example.

The 26T and 28T say 64BCD. Will those mount to the crankset ok?

If your crankset has the ability to run 2 chainring then the 26T or 28T 64 BCD rings can be mounted on the inside spot otherwise if it's a single chainring setup then 30 T is the smallest you can go.
Your pictures look like a single chainring setup but hard to tell from the photos.

Normally the diameter is too small to have teeth and mounting holes, but usamadeco makes one with an integrated bash ring... down to 26T.

Their website seems to be dodgy, so might be best to look it up on facebrag.

Edit: I see on the facebrag page, that they moved to Amazon... was a bit hard to find, so here you go:
