Is $2800 too much/too little for a new VP FREE with the stuff below

medium size ano black
2006 66 rc2x
hayes mags 8"
bontrager king earl hubs and rims
sram x9 shifters and derailler
raceface diabolus stem bar setapost and cranks
speedplay drillium pedals

the bike is virtually brand new ridden once on a shuttle run. frame is perfect. everything seems to be go. what do you think?

Sounds about right to me (I'm no expert unfortunately), are you selling the bike?
