I'm looking for some reasonably lightweight (sub 300g) wide bars (28"). Who else besides Sunline makes wide bars? Any info appreciated.
Gravity, which is component line made by FSA, makes 28" wide carbon bars for downhill and freeride. 230 grams, but super-wide and beefy. They make metal versions, but it's cool to see a company using carbon to make stronger stuff (downhill), and even though it weighs more than an XC handlebar, it should be insanely strong.

The Easton Monkey Lite DH bar is 28" wide... Apparently wicked strong and they meet your sub 300g criteria (they 240gr in 31.8 version).

If you don't want carbon - the Truvativ Holzfeller come in 710mm (28") and weigh 299gr, and their Team Riser also available in 710mm, and are 260gr.
