This will be my first trip down there. Running brand new set of Schwalbe Racing Ralphs with a back up wheelset of Maxxis Cross Mark's.. Both set up tubeless with ample Stans. Anyone with experiece in this race.... is this going to be okay or do I need to run a snakeskin tire.

Tubeless is fine, as long as you have some bike handling skills. You will see some poor shmucks off in the pucker brush pulling spines out of their legs, arms.....face.

+1 - Tubeless w/ Stans is a good call.

This will be our 5th year down there and we always ran this setup without any issues.

Tubeless with Stan's Race Formula. The Race Formula seals up punctures a lot quicker.
