What will happen first, a new lawsuit against shoes manufacturers who put soles on their shoes cuz knolly patended rubber and flat surfaces attached to leather or an ebike? I vote frivilous lawsuit.

It's been well documented that Kenwood has an issue with Knolly (I can't remember what exactly the issue was). For his sake I hope he can move on and put it behind him. There are many people that love their Knolly bikes and time has proven the bikes to be tough, reliable, and exactly what some of us look for and value in a bike. It didn't work out for him, luckily there are plenty of other brands out there that he can find one that suits him. It's all choices, we can choose which bikes we ride, and we can choose to understand the world isn't perfect nor are we the center of it, and move on. We had a Subaru Outback that the engine overheated on a trip and needed a new one at 60,000 miles. We chose not to buy another Subaru, knowing full well they are very popular and reliable, but we chose to try something different. It's part of being an adult in this world.
I predict the new Endorphin comes out in 2022 and wins accolades around the industry. That's a very possible and reality based prognostication. A bike company suing over shoe rubber on leather is very unlikely, it would be more likely that a condom company would sue over that first.

The thing i dont get is why some people dont appreciate that the folks (at many small companies) are just normal people like you and me. They are not big bad corporations...they are ordinary folks that for some reason (often just pure passion) start (or are coaxed / encouraged) into starting a business. They have families, friends, children, employees and livelihoods to care for and nurture.....and yet often times ignorant, uncaring people or just plain asswads like to use the internet and other channels to perpetuate personal issues, arguments or whatever it is. Most of the time no doubt it is without any true appreciation of facts.
I am not on social media....but enjoy this forum....so it is annoying to me that this kinda stuff finds its way here. To be honest i empathise with the "people" at these companies...not "Knolly"...but the people behind the scenes. I often ponder just how one of these people would react if they were to meet an actual person / founder / employee who works for the company. Interesting.
