Maybe this questions no is around but cant find it.

Anything else than rear travel and front. Hard to find a XL bronson frame right now but nomad locally there is a few. Want to try another mullet setup.
What people think about main difference. Right now i have a specialized status mullet and megatower

Hmmmm...interesting idea
Considering you'd have to lower a 29er fork by about 20mm to maintain the geometry, that's going to be a weird mismatch of travel on the mixed nomad : 150mm 29er front with the 170mm rear. Not to mention the fork is then even shorter travel than the Bronson.

IMO you'd be better off waiting for a Bronson frame.

i what thinking on keeping stock travel on the nomad, but 29er in the front.

Gotcha, unfortunately I would highly advise against that. The geometry changes would be too much, about a degree slacker, and more importantly the reach will be reduced by quite a bit, not to mention the bottom bracket height increase. This is not even mentioning the trail figure increase from a larger 29er front which is going to change handling even more (not for the better).

In short, there is a very good reason the Bronson was made rather than simply offering the Nomad with a different fork.

Hope that helps!
If the amount of travel is the issue with the bronson, you can always get a cascade link for the bronson to make the frame have between 160 and 180mm depending on the shock size.
