About: Bought This bike before the start of the last season (Late 2020). It was my first ever full suspension and I absolutely adore this thing! It suited my needs pretty well, mostly XC with the occasional fun stuff, but after my 1st enduro race I felt a need for more suspension. I ended up upgrading it to help suit my needs, but it still isn't quite what I am looking for which is why I am selling it!
Service history/wear:
There's a couple of cosmetic nics and scratches (mostly on the cranks), and just your general wear on the drivetrain.
Just replaced the derailleur, shifts beautifully. (not the same as what's in the picture)
I bought the fork used; dont know its history, but it feels and performs great with no issues. I took the fork apart and serviced the Left air chamber to increase the travel (replacing seals in process). I haven't seen the inside of the damper side, but it performs just fine. An extra volume spacer will come with the other parts.
Before putting it up for sale I took it apart to detail and re-grease the rear pivots/suspension so it should be feeling like butter! (Yes, it’s properly torqued)
The seat has some rips, but it works; replacing is up to you!
Had a good shop build the wheelsets for me, but the rear in particular has had a few spokes easily come loose in the past, but some loctite and more spoke tension should eliminate that completely if that becomes an issue again.
Dropper post cable has frayed at the lever side, still works.
You will likely need to buy a different coil depending on how much you weigh. I am 130 lbs, if you weigh more you will definitely need a new coil, which you can buy here: VALT Springs - Cane Creek Cycling Components
