Upgraded from a Trek Superfly hardtail to a 2018 Anthem Advanced 29 1 several months ago. I really like the bike. My only complaint had been an increasing amount of pedal strikes on my local trails. I am currently running zero spacers in the RS Deluxe rear suspension and have it set at about 25% sag. I am using Bontrager 2.2 XR1 tires and Time Speciale 8 pedals. I'd appreciate any suggestions on how to decrease the pedal strikes. Do Anthem's have a particularly lower bottom bracket compared to other XC bikes? Am I running too much Sag? Would adding spacers allow me to use less sag? Etc.. Thanks.
