Best way is .
Remove all air ..
Check wear the shock gets fully compress .
If you have the shaft clean can use a river band and tie it up .
The fully extend and measure to the rubber band ( may need to put some air in )
After that calculate 30%
Then put 100 or so psi and cycle the shock and adjust until you hit the desire measure ;)
