I put 120 psi in my lefty road twice and checked it again today and it's at 60. Any ideas?

Loose valve core is stop #1.

Second is making sure you actually put air in the fork, and didn't just pressurize the pump gauge. Easiest is to note that the gauge actually reads pressure before you start inflating. Happens a fair bit to folks, not being a wise guy....

After screwing the pump in it registered 60 psi then began filling it with air. The shock fills stiff then goes soft. I'll try the first step. Thanks

I would do a quick check with soapy water. Just spray or rinse the area with some water and look for bubbles. Most likely it will be somewhere on the lower cap. Look closely at the cap to fork area, have the cap off the fill port and check both inside it and where the valve goes into the cap. Just be careful around the rotor and pads. I would do an isopropyl alcohol wipe down on the rotor when done.
