Hi Everyone,
I'm looking to replace my DU bushings and spacers with the newer fox polymer bushings on my 2011 Trek Superfly 100. I measured the mounting width with a ruler and got 25mm. The options available are 24.64, 25.15 and 25.40. Without a micrometer it's very difficult to get the exact measurement and figure out what size I need to get. Does anyone have this info? I tried a search on this and came up dry. Thanks for your help!

Just following up on this so folks have the info if they need it. The correct bushings to order for the 2011 Superfly 100 have a mounting width of 0.874 (22.2mm). It's part number 803-03-166 for Fox shocks.

The factory spec is actually 22.86mm. The 22.2 is close and may work, but it's slightly narrower than designed for. Not trying to nitpick, but best to be as accurate as possible. For our needle bearing kits we recommend the 21.85mm kit plus the 1mm shim kit for 22.85mm, which is about as close to perfect a match as you can get. We have 22.2mm kit, but the other combo is a better fit for the SF 100.
