Are the 2010 X.7's any different mechanically than the old version or is it just cosmetic? I have 2005 X.7 shifters now and a buddy of mine has some brand new 2010 take offs that he'll sell me for $20. If there's no advantage to them then I'll pass.

match maker compatiable, metal shift lever, lighter and appear to be more like recent x-9's. A great deal at 20$.
