There's a sticky thread at the top of this forum (RIP Set Up Thread). If you go to the 2nd page of that thread you start to see the 2009/10 Hydroformed RIP weights and set ups. But the thread "So what does a dressed out RIP 9 weigh?" might be more informative with regard to weight.

My XL size in RAW weighs 3600g right out of the box (that's 7.936 lbs. for the non-metric crowd):

Full build with Fire XC Pro tires is 28.85 lbs.
Full build with Maxxis Aspen race tires and my race pedals is 27.41 lbs

my L frame is 3.45kg

the complete build started at 27.5lbs. (12.5kg) due to the sturdy character of the bike i kept putting stronger components on it. now i am close to 30.8lbs. (14kg) and pretty happy with the set up.

i added a maverick speedball, AM seat, larger hope discs, flow TA wheelset, a nice bashguard, platform pedals and larger tires.

from the original build i kept some of the light parts like aerozine cranks, all XTR shifting, monkeylight riser bars, formula oro GM Edt, brakes.

i got the rear shock pushed with a large volume canister. does not add weight but lots of comfort :D
