All the 2010 frames are using the press BB. It's just like installing a headset. The EX 7 will have a press BB so I would only bother upgrading the crankset and not the BB

The BB shell width in the BB30 standard is 68mm. You are unfortunately stuck with wider cranks meant to be used with external cups BB's from my understanding.
