Nice pics

Pretty good photos for a first post. Professional.

When will this bike hit the streets (trails)?
It's available now. Just ordered a large smoke ano through my LBS.

Cool! That means 2009s should be available super cheap!

But what I don't understand is the lack of the DW-, maestro-, VPP-, etc- like linkage.
Nice.

Any geometry changes from the 2009?

Are they mag rockers?
That suspension gets you 83feet further down the trail, don't cha know...

The ano pattern gets you laughed at.

It's got ICT, the Toyota of linkages. Who could ask for anything more...Ellsworth.

Congratulations! Epis are great bikes and the smoke ano looks awesome. Post pics when once you get the bike built up!
congrats! did you get just the frame or complete bike?
Seeing that smoke finish makes me pleased it's the colour I've chosen for my new build - looks great.

Just ordered the frame. Gonna "pimp my ride" when it arrives. Not sure when that will be. The larges were just getting to Ellsworth when we made the order and from what I hear most of them were already spoken for. Trying to decide between an XTR or X0 build or maybe the new Sram XX. Any thoughts?

I feel sorry for you. You're a kook and you don't realize it. I have a suggestion, you should change your name. I think you should change it to CUP.

No thoughts on parts. I was trying stay within a certain budget, so I went mostly X9. I don't think you can go wrong with any of the options you listed.
Definitely go XO! If you dont have a budget go XTR. YOu cant go wrong with SRAM,
I've been riding an Ibis Mojo with X0 shifters & X0 RD and i have no complaints. Thought I might give XTR a try. Don't know how XTR performs compared to X0 as everyone i know rides Sram. If anyone has tried them both I'd appreciate their opinion.
I was pretty surprised and impressed with how snappy the new XTR was on a Pivot Mach 5 what I rode recently though the ergonomics took awhile to get the hang of. My Epiphany is fitted with X-O triggers and rear derailer with XTR crank and XTR derailer up front. What I've found is that's a rock solid combination with Ellsworth XC wheelset, and rockshox suspension. The new X-O colours looks trick as well. If I wasn't putting coin into another project I'd be very keen on the SRAM XX with the exception of the truvativ crank.
XTR looks nice but

I was playing with competitives bike builder and the XTR was listed at $1000 m ore than the sram stuff, which I've had no issues with for many years.

Must be the price difference for the whole drive train. xtr crankset and cassette are much more expensive than srams. I'm trying to decide on shifters & rear derailleur only. Between xtr & xo there isn't much difference in price. I always run shimano on the cassette, crankset and front derailleur. I have an xt crankset instead of an xtr on my Mojo right now because i was told you couldn't remove the big ring on an xtr crank. Does anyone know if thats true? Seems that i've seen pics on mtbr of xtr cranks with only the small & med rings.

It's so efficient that it comes with propedal!

(to reference the earlier joke when Tony claimed it didn't need a lockout, and then included a shock with lockout).
