2010 Enduro frame noise fix?

773 Views 5 Replies 4 Participants Last post by  darkshadow
I have a 2010 Enduro Expert, and I absolutely love it.

However, the frame is particularly noisy on rough downhill sections, especially rock gardens. I think it is mostly because of the brake, shifter, and "command post" lines.

If there is nothing I can do, oh well, the bike is hot. Can I try to take out some slack or try to put some pads or something? I've got the suspension and brakes dialed, so this is the only thing bugging me.

if you are sure it's the housings, you can zip-tie them together so they don't bounce off one another

I hadn't thought of the housings hitting each other. Interesting possibility. I thought it was the housings hitting the frame (which is very thick, but with thin walls, like a drum).
Update: Ziptied a possible trouble spot and ordered some Jagwire Tube Tops.

Thanks all!
check if your cables are rubbing on the tyres as well(when the suspension move), i had that problem earlier:D
