My wifes 2009 pink yeti ASR swingarm link broke.
I have had zero luck or interest from our local bike shop to find a replacement through Yeti or discuss a crash replacement.
I know it is old and well past it's warranty period of 5 years but seeing this hit the dumpster feels wrong to me as it is still a sweet riding machine.

Does anyone have advice on how to get some action?

Contact yeti directly to see if there are any leftover swing arms. But, I’m Guessing you will be out of luck.

Keep an eye on eBay, pinkbike...for spare swing arms.

they might even offer you a new frame as crash replacement which might be worth it even if you need extra parts, better than simply buying a new bike anyway.
