2009 Glory 0 Rear shock size?

I am looking to upgrade the Roco TST rear shock to a Fox DHX RC4 does anyone know the size of the rear shock I will need for my 2009 Glory 0?

Also any input on a new fork? I was thinking Fox 40?

Obviously I am new to the forums so all input would be appreciated!

Glory DH = 9.5" x 3.0"
Glory FR = 8.75" x 2.75"
