You'll need the triple spider and new rings obviously, add the little tool to remove the crankarm (KT013) and the tool to take off the spider from the arm (KT012), grease and Loctite 242... Might have a look at the manual, it's all in there. :thumbsup:
i just went onto sheldon brown's website to look at the gear ratio calculations and the 22/32/44 front setup vs. 29/42 would give me 2 extra ratios at the easy end... getting harder legs is probably the better option.
