2006 NRS Carbon chain suck?

I have a 2006 NRS carbon, 18.5", with horrible chain suck issues. Someone suggested I check here to see if others with the same bike have similar issues, just in case it might be design specific. Thanks.

I had the problem intermittently, resolved when I got new chain rings.
