[Coiler Mad]

I've just got hold of a set of 2006 888 VF2s but they are set to 170mm travel, what kind of job is it to take them to 200mm, or do they have to go to a service centre for this to be done.

I don't know about the 888, but my 04 Dirt jumper II was capable of changing from 100 to 130 mm of travel with no additional parts. I didn't do the modifications myself, but aparently there was a spacer that needed to be moved from under the spring to above it.

LIke I said, I don't know if it's possible on a 888, but it was on my DJII. So maybe you'll be in luck.

Didn't know 888's VF2's came in 170mm travel format.
