I was wondering if anyone has gotten one of these forks yet because I have a question. These forks supposedly have 170mm of travel but in my owners manuel it says to find out how much travel you have measure from the top of the seal to the bottom of the first crown. When I measure from the seal to the crown it has 9.5 inches of travel. So do I have 7 inches or 9?

ya actually only get 5 inches of travel

i think you should put a ruddber band on one slider, put on a good helmet, and ride off a 20ft drop to flat....always works, plus your friends will give you mad props

My 05 has about 6 1/2" of trav..yours don't have 9"

I was really wondering about th' Evolve SPV.....any impressions yet? I'm constpatin' on updatin' my 04 Slider + w/05 SPV Evolve & I was hoping for a'lil feedback. What kind'a meat you puttin' this fork in???
