Hi.I'm new here.
I bought ~2 years ago a 2004 GT I-Drive 2.0 frame and build it.I want to replace the dog bone as it has some wear on the bushings. My dog bone has a length of 70mm.

I found some kits here

http://www.mountainbikecomponents.co.uk/items.asp?CategoryID=102&Name=GT+i+Drive+Spares

I emailed them but they dont reply.Does someone know if any of the kits fit my bike?
Thanks.
Are you sure you don't need a flexbone? Flexbone is a flat piece drilled at both ends. Dogbone is from earlier models with the eccentric-type I-drive. The dogbone is shown at the site you linked. The flexbone is not. You can get 'em from your local GT dealer, or if you don't have a local dealer, GT will sell 'em to you directly. Get several, you'll need 'em.

I've got bushings for you.

No.My bike uses a dog bone as the one pictured in the link.Do you have any mail from gt,as i was not able to communicate with them? Thanks
You probably don't need a new dogbone, you probably just need new bushings. I have a bunch of brand new ones I'll give you, plus a used dogbone. I don't need them anymore. PM your mailing address and I'll get 'em in the mail to you ASAP.

Flexbone and I-link

It looks like they switched to the flexbone on 2006 models. MAYBE 2005.
2005 and 2006 were the same- both used the flexbone.

For 2007, they switched from flexbone to I-link. They also lowered the top tube, changed the rear triangle some and increased rear travel a bit. I think it was like a transitional step to the Force.
