Guys,

Hutchinson Green tubes are rated up to 2.5” only. Would they still work just as well inside a 2.7" or even 2.8" tires (like Maxxis Minion DH or Michelin DH 32 respectively)?

Should their performance be compromised in terms of puncture-resistance due to overly streatched = too thin tube walls, which tubes would you recommend instead for high volume tires? -- would Maxxis DH tube (2.7") be a good choice? What's Michelin's top-of-the-line DH tube?

Cheers,

Not sure about the Hutchie Green tubes. It should be fine in the Maxxis 2.7 (they run "small") The Michelin 2.8 is bigger.
The Maxxis DH tubes are a safe choice. Kenda also makes a mid weight 2.4-3.0 tube.
