Hi

Just looking to replace the linkage bearings on a first gen SS I picked up recently.

Enduro does not list the SS, however I know it was derived from the 6.6, so is the 6.6 bearing kit the one I want?

cool thanks, I also did some poking around enduro, and it seems all recent Intense bikes use the exact same bearing kits, which are all the 6001MAX

I've been using SKF bearings. Apparently better (time will tell) and cheaper in my case.

Exactly. Enduro bearings are garbage. Stick with reputable bearing manufacturers.

What is wrong with Enduro? I have been impressed with their bottom bracket bearings compared to the Shimano offerings. I also can't say I have been dissatisfied with their pivot bearings either. Why are the SKS bearings better? I am due for a replacement.
