I've got a '19 comp carbon. Came with the NX 1x12. Fitted an Invisiframe kit, and saw that the chainstay near the cassette was a bit exposed and prone to damage from the chain and grime, so fitted some frame protection tape there which is maybe 1-2mm thick.

This works fine with the stock wheels, but running my Traverse SL with a GX cassette, the chain rubs on the tape...so had to remove it.

Anyone else have this issue, or is there something off with my installation? Should it be this tight?

Could it be due to the 1t difference between the 11T sprocket on the NX and the 10T sprocket on the GX?

Yes, but the Expert comes with GX stock, but a different hub. Just wondering if anyone had similar issues with the expert. It really is extremely tight...

That's true...Did you over-torque your rear axle by any chance?

No issues with GX on expert model with DT240 hub or OEM roval hub.

That's true...Did you over-torque your rear axle by any chance?

Nope, that's not the issue. Will double check if the casette is snug up against the hub. Have ridden many hours already without issues, wheel has come off and on severalt times for cleaning and maintenance.

Bingo. Tightened it up more, good to go. About 5mm clearence now.
