I have a 3d printer but didn't have the time to mess with making my own. I like this because I can run any number of cells up to 6 and it will work.

How do you mean? Just didn't power up? When I first put batteries in it, it didn't seem to be working, but when lid was fully tightened it lit up and seems good.I bought this thing but it never worked
