I mounted a 185mm rotor to a King hub to be used on a Vanilla RLC 130. To get the caliper centered (Juicy 7s), the cps washers rub the rotor.

Also, the pads are fully retracted, but the outside pad is touching the rotor. Both of these coupled together are causing a serious rubbing problem.

Anyone run into this before?

TIA,
D.

Seems the Fox forks run on the closer side of the IS standards and CK hubs toward the fork side of the tolerance. The result is what you are encountering.

Facing to fork tabs and/or the caliper mount can help
