Right now I'm running Magura Louise Brakes with a 180 mm rotor on the front and a 160 mm rotor on the back. I was given 2 rotors that are both 160 mm, is it a big job to change over the front from a 180 to a 160 mm rotor. Thanks for the replies

Depends what your setup involves

Assuming you are running Post mount calipers on a post mount fork, all you have to do is remove the adapter inbetween the caliper and the fork.

If you are using IS mount anything, it gets more complicated.

I'd keep the 180mm in front, FWIW.

Yes it's a post mount on the front so all I would have to do is remove the adapter or change the adapter? I'm not sure what you meant.

With a Post Mount fork you mount the Post Mount brake caliper directly to the fork without an adapter for a 160mm rotor.

Why would you want to downgrade your brakes from a 180mm rotor to a 160? You will lose braking power.
