I am in good shape right now, but i realy want to do extremely well in this race. I work in a bike shop so only one race this year. I never did any race over 40km. It would be my first race on a SS.

Day 1 : (105km)
Day 2 : (70km)

My bike :

32 x 17
Irc Mibro 1.9 Tubeless with Stan

I started doing some 40km training ride a week ago and it felt great, the race is at the end of july. I already thinked about what to bring with me on the race (1 camelback 1 waterbottle 1 multitool (with a chain breaker) 2 flyweight tubes 1 powerlink)

I just need recommendation about how to train really well for this race ?
